To Integrate Excellent Farming Culture into Rural Governance

将优秀农耕文化融入乡村治理具有多方面的重要意义,不仅能促进产业结构调整和环境改善,而且能帮助民风民貌的改进和百姓生活品质的提升。针对融入过程中治理意识薄弱、融合手段单一、管理体系欠佳的问题,我们提出要加强治理理念渗透、实现层次化部署,同时优化德治氛围、促进人文化管理,并且构建层级联动、推动科学化考核,通过各方面促进优秀农耕文化在乡村治理中的有效融入。

It is of great significance to integrate the excellent farming culture into rural governance,which can not only pro⁃mote the adjustment of industrial structure and environmental improvement,but also help to improve the customs and appear⁃ance of the people and the quality of life of the people.In view of the problems of weak governance consciousness,single inte⁃gration means and poor management system in the process of integration,we proposed to strengthen the penetration of gover⁃nance concept,realize hierarchical deployment,optimize the atmosphere of Moral Governance,promote human cultural man⁃agement,and build hierarchical linkage and promote scientific examination,so as to promote the effective integration of excel⁃lent farming culture in rural governance.
