浅析农村“厕所革命”困境及优化路径

Analysis on the Dilemma and Optimization Path of Rural Toilet Revolution

“厕所革命”是乡村振兴迫切需要补齐的短板,对于优化产业链结构、改善农村村民生活环境、预防疾病传播、建设文明乡村有重大意义。针对我国农村在厕所整改中存在的资金投入不足、监管部门缺位、技术水平较低、主体意识薄弱等,应从乡镇政府、基层党委、专业企业、村民个体方面进行考虑,思考推进农村厕所革命稳健实施的优化路径。

The"toilet revolution"is an urgent shortcoming for rural revitalization,which is of great significance for optimizing the industrial chain structure,improving the living environment of rural villagers,preventing the spread of diseases and build⁃ing civilized villages.In view of the shortage of capital investment,lack of supervision department,low technical level and weak subject consciousness in toilet rectification in rural areas of China,we should consider the township government,grassroots party committees,professional enterprises and individual villagers,and think about the optimal path to promote the steady implementation of rural toilet revolution.
