摘要
通过在SiO 2/Si衬底的顶部沉积一层石墨烯,利用石墨烯的电导率受自身化学势的可控特性,设计了一种具有双频特性的太赫兹(THz)波段可调谐偶极子天线。天线能完成六种谐振模式可切换,在1.1 THz附近实现26 GHz的连续可调范围。此外,通过调节化学势,天线的辐射增益从2.33 dBi增加到3.65 dBi,表现出了良好的辐射性能,将在太赫兹可重构天线及天线阵设计中具有更广泛的应用。
By depositing a layer of graphene on the top of SiO 2/Si substrate,a terahertz(THz)tunable dipole antenna with dual frequency characteristics is designed based on the controllable conductivity of graphene by its own chemical potential.The antenna can switch six resonant modes and achieve a continuous adjustable range of 26 GHz near 1.1 THz.In addition,by adjusting the chemical potential,the radiation gain of the antenna increases from 2.33 dBi to 3.65 dBi,showing good radiation performance,which will be widely used in the design of THz reconfigurable antenna and antenna array.
