摘要
基于FDC2214芯片提出了一种新的烘干机水分实时检测系统。以STM8为主控芯片,使用I 2C接口通过FDC2214读取方形电容式传感器的电容值,同时加入了K型热电偶对系统进行温度补偿,使用Modbus-RTU协议和RS-485电路将信息实时上传到上位机上显示并记录成表。经过现场实际测试,平均误差控制在0.5%以内,符合实际使用需求。
Low-power and high-precision capacitive sensor chip FDC2214 is used,and a new dryer moisture real-time detection system is proposed based on this chip.The system uses STM8 as the main control chip,uses the I 2C interface to read the capacitance value of the square capacitive sensor through FDC2214,and adds the K-type thermocouple to temperature compensation of the system.The information is real-time using Modbus-RTU protocol and RS-485 circuit,uploaded to the host computer to display and record into a table.After actual field testing,the average error is controlled within 0.5%,which meets the actual use requirements.
