基于UG和3D打印的齿轮油泵教具的制造及优化

摘要 将齿轮油泵装置作为研究对象,利用UG设计和3D打印技术开展课堂教学活动,既能突破传统操作课程的局限,又能提高教与学的有效性。通过MEM式3D打印在制造过程中出现的零件坍塌、拉丝、精度不高、喷头堵塞等问题,进行了原因分析并提出了改进优化措施,取得了较好效果。 The gear oil pump device is taken as the research object,using UG design and 3D printing technology to carry out classroom teaching activities can not only break through the limitations of traditional operation courses,but also improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning.Through the MEM 3D printing in the production process of parts collapse,wire drawing,low accuracy,nozzle clogging and other problems,the reasons are analyzed and the improvement and optimization measures are put forward,and good results are achieved.
