摘要
从影响推销实训组织的要素出发,指出竞赛式教学法在推销实训中应用的必要性,阐述了竞赛式教学法在推销实训中的组织设计,着重说明竞赛式教学法在推销实训中应用要注意的问题。以期通过竞赛式教学法让同学们提前感受未来作为一名基层销售人员的工作状态,提前做好心理准备和应对计划。
This paper points out the necessity of the application of competition teaching method in the practical marketing training,expounds the organization design of competition teaching method in the practical marketing training practice,and emphasizes the problems that should be paid attention to in the application of competition teaching method in the practical marketing training practice.Through the competition teaching method,students can feel the working state of a grass-roots sales staff in advance,and make mental preparation and coping the plans.
