Saving energy is an important issue to be considered in modern society,and there is a waste of electric energy in Colleges and universities where a large number of lighting systems are used.It is necessary to develop an intelligent lighting system with good performance and economical price.This paper analyzes the overall scheme and working principle of the intelligent lighting system,and designs the hardware and software.After the intelligent lighting system is used in some classrooms of pilot universities,it can save 30%of electric energy every month,and has very high economic benefits.
