摘要
结合煤矿副井提升机安全运行情况和应急状况下存在的问题,探索行业内广泛采用的应急提升方式,分析其技术优劣和适用性,并研究一种基于恒减速制动控制技术的应急提升闸控系统,满足副井提升机应急提升需求。该系统能够实现提升机在断电、电控和机械故障等极端状况下的应急提升,相比较其他应急提升方式,改造投入少、操作简单,可实现长时间连续提升,大幅提高系统安全可靠性和应对突发状况的能力。
Combined with the actual problems existing in the safe operation and emergency situation of mine auxiliary shaft hoist,the widely used emergency hoisting mode in the industry is explored,the technical advantages and disadvantages and applicability are analyzed,and an emergency hoisting brake control system based on constant deceleration braking control technology is studied to meet the emergency hoisting demand of auxiliary shaft hoist.The system can realize the emergency lifting of the hoist in extreme conditions such as power failure,electric control and mechanical failure.The closed-loop control in the process of emergency lifting is realized by using multiple fuzzy intelligent algorithm,and the uninterruptible power supply is configured to provide sufficient power for the emergency situation.Compared with other emergency lifting methods,the system has the advantages of less transformation investment and simple operation,which can achieve long-term continuous improvement and greatly improve the safety and reliability of the system and the ability to deal with emergencies.
