摘要
文章以西气东输天然气管道为研究对象,采用"情景-应对"的理论与方法,对武汉地区的管线、站场及阀室自身存在的潜在危险、有害因素进行分析,确定其事故发生的类型、危害程度以及影响范围。通过模拟得出的结果,采取相应的风险防范措施,将建设项目事故率、损失和环境影响降低至最低水平。
This paper takes the west-east gas pipeline as the research object,adopts the theory and method of"scenario-response",analyzes the potential danger and harmful factors of the pipeline,station and valve room in Wuhan area,and determines the type,degree of harm and influence range of the accident.Through the simulation results,the corresponding risk prevention measures are taken to reduce the accident rate,loss and environmental impact of the construction project to the minimum level.
