摘要
为解决喷油双螺杆空气压缩机正常运行中排气温度高的问题,从喷油双螺杆空气压缩机工作原理及内部流程出发,分析出空压机冷却水回水设计不合理是空压机排气温度高的原因,并提出了改造方案,总结了日常维护及操作经验,保证设备稳定运行,为机组的安全生产提供有力保障。
This paper focuses on the upgrading and transformation of the automatic loading and unloading and signal double redundancy system of No.1 main shaft hoist in Yaoqiao Coal Mine.The control system is a dual system,one for use and one for standby,which abandons the traditional mode that the standby signal system of hoist can only realize the dot function.The functions of the two systems are basically the same,and the standby system can also realize the automatic loading and unloading and signal dot function,It provides conditions for unattended loading chamber.When the system fails,it can be directly switched to the standby system with one key,which does not affect the production of coal lifting and meets the requirements of large capacity,fast and efficient,safe and reliable mine lifting.
