摘要 目的探讨3D打印技术辅助置钉治疗骶髂关节结核的临床效果。方法对30例骶髂关节结核患者采用3D打印技术辅助置钉治疗。采用疼痛VAS评分评估患者腰臀部疼痛程度,采用Majeed评分标准评估骨盆功能。结果患者均获得随访,时间12~43个月。手术时间50~82(63.00±4.39) min。VAS评分、Majeed评分:术前1周时分别为5~9 (7.12±1.68)分、48~70 (53.68±7.25)分;术后12个月时分别为1~4(1.98±1.25)分、79~92 (83.45±6.94)分;手术前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。末次随访时均未出现结核复发情况。结论 3D打印技术辅助置钉治疗骶髂关节结核,具有缩短手术时间、缓解患者疼痛、恢复患者站立行走能力等优点,更利于病灶完全清除,建立良好的医患关系,为获得理想手术效果提供新的技术保障。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 3 D printing technique assisted screw placement in the treatment of sacroiliac joint tuberculosis. Methods The 30 patients with sacroiliac joint tuberculosis were treated with 3 D printing technique assisted screw placement. The pain VAS was used to evaluate the degree of waist and hip pain. Majeed scoring system was used to evaluate pelvic function. Results All patients were followed up for 12 ~ 43 months.The operation time was 50 ~ 82( 63. 00 ± 4. 39) min. VAS and Majeed scores: at 12 months after operation,they were1 ~ 4( 1. 98 ± 1. 25) points,79 ~ 92( 83. 45 ± 6. 94) points,compared with 5 ~ 9( 7. 12 ± 1. 68) points,48 ~ 70( 53. 68 ± 7. 25) points at 1 week preoperation,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). There was no recurrence of tuberculosis at the last follow-up. Conclusions 3 D printing technique assisted screw placement is used in the treatment of sacroiliac joint tuberculosis,which has the advantages of shortening the operation time,relieving the pain of the patient,and restoring the patient’s ability to stand and walk. It is more conducive to the complete removal of the lesion,establishing a good doctor-patient relationship,and providing new ideas for obtaining the ideal surgical effect technical support.
