学龄前人工耳蜗植入儿童语音情绪感知研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解4~5岁以普通话为母语的学龄前人工耳蜗植入儿童和健听儿童对语音情绪感知能力的差异,为听障儿童康复提供参考。方法从儿童康复中心、正常幼儿园选取28人参与测试,其中人工耳蜗植入儿童和健听儿童各14人。在安静的环境下,通过电脑连接扬声器,给儿童播放事先录制的高兴、生气和悲伤的语音,要求儿童判断听到的语音属于何种情绪。结果(1)人工耳蜗植入儿童对所有情绪的识别正确率显著低于正常听力儿童(P<0.001);(2)健听儿童在高兴和生气情绪间容易出现混淆,人工耳蜗植入儿童则容易混淆所有情绪。结论以普通话为母语的学龄前人工耳蜗植入儿童在语音情绪感知上存在困难,康复机构在制订康复计划时需要考虑到儿童情绪方面的训练内容。 Objective To understand the perception ability of vocal emotional prosody in 4-5 years old Mandaring-speaking children with cochlear implants and normal hearing children,and to provide reference and suggestions for hearing rehabilitation of cochlear implanted children.Method Fourteen children with cochlear implant from rehabilitation center and fourteen children with normal hearing from kindergarten participated in the test,The recorded voices were played by a computer in a quiet room,the children need to judge the emotion type of voice stimulus.Results The CI group showed significantly lower recognition accuracy(P<0.001)than the NH group.In addition,NH children were easily have confusion between happy and angry emotions,CI children were likely to confuse all emotions.Conclusions The experimental results confirmed that Mandarin-speaking CI children have difficulty in vocal emotional perception.This requires the rehabilitation institutions and schools to consider children’s emotional rehabilitation when formulating rehabilitation plans.
