摘要
目的对1名学龄前运动性构音障碍儿童不送气舌根音/g/送气化进行矫正训练,探究训练方法的有效性。方法采用单一被试A-B实验设计,对患儿进行不送气舌根后音/g/的矫正训练,比较训练前后的差异。结果患儿舌根音/g/的发音正确率显著提高(P<0.05),送气化概率显著减小(P=0.016<0.05)。结论通过纸片、蜡烛对发音时气流视觉反馈,减少呼吸支持及增强发音部位的成阻力度,减少发音时的气流,通过音位的对比强化训练进行巩固,可有效改善患者不送气舌根后音/g/送气化。
Objective To conduct correction training for a preschool child with motor dysarthria of unaspirated root tongue/g/aspirated to explore the effectiveness of training methods.Methods A single subject A-B experimental design was used to correct the root tongue tone/g/for children with aspirated tongue to compare the differences before and after training.Results The correct pronunciation of the root of tongue sound/g/in the children was significantly improved,and the probability of aspiration of/g/was significantly reduced(P=0.016).Conclusion Visual feedback of airflow during pronunciation through paper and candles,exhalation before pronunciation reduces respiratory support and enhances the resistance of the pronunciation part,reduces airflow during pronunciation,and strengthens it through phonological contrast intensive training,which can effectively improve the patient on unaspirated root tongue sound/g/aspirated.
