摘要
随着社会环境的不断变化,国家对创新产业发展越发重视,企业中的人才竞争也愈发激烈。企业如果想提高自身竞争优势,必须把人才梯队建设作为企业人力资源工作的重点。企业顺应市场经济形势发展,制定科学合理的激励制度,充分调动员工的工作积极性,提升工作效率,进一步为企业创造更大的价值。
With the constant change of the social environment,the country has paid more and more attention to the development of innovative industries,and the competition for talents in enterprises has become more and more intense.If enterprises want to improve their own competitive advantage,they must take the construction of talent echelon as the focus of their human resources work.Enterprises should conform to the development of market economy,formulate scientific and reasonable incentive system,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,improve work efficiency,and further create greater value for enterprises.
