摘要
随着我国社会建设水平的不断提高,油气企业制度的不断完善,油气企业人事管理工作的发展受到了广泛关注。“以人为本”是油气企业管理的重要理念,也是提高职工整体素质的关键因素。论文就职业生涯规划对人才培养、管理理念优化、人力资源管理机制改进等的价值和意义进行了探讨。
With the continuous improvement of social construction level and the continuous improvement of oil and gas enterprise system,the development of personnel management in oil and gas enterprises has been widely concerned."People-oriented"is an important concept in oil and gas enterprise management and a key factor in improving the overall quality of employees.This paper discusses the value and significance of career planning in personnel training,management idea optimization,human resource management mechanism improvement and so on.
