摘要
小微企业在国民经济和社会发展中的作用日益显著,融资约束成为阻碍企业蓬勃发展的主要问题,全世界范围内“麦克米伦缺口”至今仍十分突出,而风险投资由于自身特点被认为是最适合小微企业的融资方式之一。国家“十四五”规划和山东省产业结构调整的实施,为小微企业的转型发展提供了机会。论文从金融供给侧角度,运用SWOT分析方法,对山东省发展风险投资缓解小微企业融资难问题进行研究,通过分析得出相较于发达地区,山东省小微企业利用风险投资融资有限,应该在政府的引导下克服劣势,抓住机遇;提出通过培养风险投资人才,加速营商环境优化,壮大小微企业自身实力,充分发挥中介服务机构的作用等建议,以缓解小微企业融资难的困境。
The role of small and micro enterprises in the development of national economy and society is becoming more and more prominent.Financing constraints have become the main problem hindering the vigorous development of enterprises.The"Macmillan gap"is still very prominent all over the world.Due to its own characteristics,venture capital is considered as one of the most suitable financing methods for small and micro enterprises.The implementation of the national"14th Five Year Plan"and the adjustment of industrial structure in Shandong Province provide opportunities for the transformation and development of small and micro enterprises.From the perspective of the financial supply side and using the method of SWOT analysis,this paper studies the development of venture capital in Shandong Province to alleviate the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises,and concludes that compared with the more developed regions,small and micro enterprises in Shandong Province should take advantages of limited venture capital financing and overcome disadvantages under the guidance of the government,and seize the opportunity.The paper puts forward some suggestions,such as cultivating venture capital talents,accelerating the optimization of business environment,strengthening the strength of small and micro enterprises and giving full play to the role of intermediary service institutions,so as to alleviate the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises in Shandong Province.
