摘要
近年来,随着“路长制”的实施和“四好农村路”的深入推进,农村公路里程不断增长,农村公路管养问题日益突出,对农村公路的管养队伍建设、人员专业能力和综合素质提出了更高的要求。论文在洛江区农村公路管养队伍现状的基础上分析农村公路管养人力资源存在的问题,并进行对策研究。
In recent years,with the implementation of the"road leader system"and the deepening of the"Four Good Rural Roads",the mileage of rural roads has been increasing,and the problem of rural road maintenance has become increasingly prominent,which puts forward higher requirements for the construction of rural road maintenance team,professional ability and comprehensive quality.Based on the current situation of rural road maintenance team in Luojiang District,this paper analyzes the existing problems of rural road maintenance human resources and the coping strategies.
