模板早拆体系具有所需资金较少,使用周期较短,可以大量缩短工程时间的特点,因而受到广泛应用。模板早拆技术是一种为了使楼板提前拆除模板而使用的支模方法,其工作原理是拆模时跨度小于等于2m,以保证楼板的模板跨度不超过规定的跨度,楼板的混凝土在常温下浇筑2~4d后,在混凝土强度为设计值的50%时拆除楼板的部分模板和支撑,但立柱和可调节支座等仍然处于支撑状态。

The early dismantling system has the characteristics of less funds and a shorter service life,which can greatly shorten the project time,so it is widely used.The technology of early removal of formwork is a kind of formwork supporting method to remove the formwork in advance.Its working principle is that the span is less than or equal to 2m when removing the formwork,so as to ensure that the formwork span of the floor does not exceed the specified span.After 2~4 days of concrete pouring at room temperature,when the concrete strength of the floor slab is 50%of the design value,part of the formwork and support of the floor slab can be removed,but the column and adjustable support are still in the supporting state.
