摘要 相对于混凝土筒仓,钢筒仓具有施工快,成本低,可回收等优势,在冶金、煤炭、化工等行业应用广泛。结合某钢筒仓项目,采用MIDAS GEN软件,按照规范要求建立有限元模型,分析结构应力状态。此外,通过对关键节点构造进行优化,在满足规范的前提下,根据应力状态调整板厚,从而达到便于施工,节省钢材的目的。 Compared with concrete silo,steel silo has advantages of fast construction,low cost and recyclability,and it is widely used in metallurgy,coal,chemical industry and so on.Based on a steel silo project,MIDAS GEN software was used to establish the finite element model and structural stress state was analyzed according to the Chinese code requirements.In addition,by means of optimization of the key joint structure and under the premise of meeting Chinese code,the plate thickness was adjusted according to the stress state,so as to achieve the purpose of convenient construction and saving steel consumption.
