摘要
介绍了田汉艺术中心圆筒曲面清水混凝土模板施工中,水平方向弧形钢管横肋采用数控机床加工,清水模板采用在底模上铺贴凹凸木纹衬模,一层和二层对拉螺杆孔分别沿圆筒侧面展开面对应圆心角度3°和2°的半径呈扇形排列,通过这一系列技术措施的探索和研究,保证了曲面支模系统的刚度和稳定性,使曲面清水混凝土墙面呈现出良好的凹凸木纹艺术效果。
This article introduces the construction of the cylindrical surface fair-faced concrete formwork of Tianhan Art Center.The horizontal curved steel pipe transverse ribs are processed by CNC machine tools,and the fair-faced formwork adopts a concave-convex wood grain lining mold on the bottom form,the first and second floors.The pre-tensioned screw holes are arranged in a fan shape along the open surface of the cylinder,and the radii corresponding to the center angle of 3 degrees and 2 degrees respectively.Through the exploration and research of this series of technical measures,the rigidity and stability of the curved mold support system are ensured.Make the curved surface fair-faced concrete wall present a good concave-convex wood grain artistic effect.
