Discussion on the development and engineeringapplication of exterior wall technology of prefabricated steel structure residence

随着我国装配式钢结构住宅的稳步发展,住建部2018年工作会议提出:大力发展钢结构等装配式建筑,该政策性导向对装配式钢结构住宅的应用与推广具有重大意义。结合我国装配式钢结构住宅外墙技术的工程应用,简要阐述目前钢结构住宅外墙技术的发展现状与工程应用情况。

With the stable development of prefabricated steel structure residence in China,the Ministry of housing and urban rural development proposed in the 2018 work conference:vigorously develop prefabricated buildings such as steel structure,the policy orientation had great significance to the application and promotion of prefabricated steel structure.Combining with the engineering application of exterior wall technology of prefabricated steel structure residence in China,this paper briefly elaborated the current development status and engineering application situation of exterior wall technology of steel structure residence.
