在竞争越来越激烈,利润空间越来越低的铁路建设市场上,保证质量的前提下,降低生产成本、追求利润成为各施工单位的主要工作重心,各制梁场在场地规划及布局时,都本着投资最小化,利润最大化为目标,合理地进行工装设备配备。通过对制梁场模板配置方式的探讨,得出1∶1的模型配置方式在施工成本、模型周转次数方面都具有较为显著的优点。

In the railway construction market where the competition is more and more intense and the profit space is more and more narrow. Under the premise of ensuring quality,reducing production cost and pursuing profit have become the main work focus of each construction unit. In the site planning and layout of each beam making yard,the goal is to minimize investment and maximize profit,and the tooling equipment is reasonably equipped. In this paper,through the discussion of the configuration mode of the formwork in the beam making yard,it is concluded that the 1∶ 1 model configuration mode has its obvious advantages in the construction cost and model turnover times.
