结合轨检车波形图谈重载道岔的综合整修

在大秦线高效运输的情况下,道岔的整修一直是重载铁路的重点和难点。日常维修用到的检测工具轨检车与轻型测量小车不同的是,轻型测量小车仅能反映不均匀变形累积所形成的不平顺,用轨检车测得的数据则能很直观的将动态病害表达出来。借助轨检车有针对性的对大秦铁路进行维修,不仅能够避免维修工作的盲目性,减少人力物力,而且能够有效的预防病害并根治病害。
