基于主成分分析的建筑施工企业信用评价研究

诚信理念对建筑企业的发展具有重要的指导作用,选择诚信度高的建筑企业有利于工程项目目标的实现。针对建筑施工企业信用评价反映的信息具有重叠性,使得评价结果不客观、不准确等问题,建立了基于主成分分析和熵权法的建筑施工企业信用综合评价模型。借助主成分分析法的降维原理,解决信息重叠的问题,运用熵权法对评价指标客观赋权,得出建筑施工企业信用评价的综合得分,从中选出诚信度最高的建筑施工企业,为工程项目如何选择诚信度高的建筑企业提供选择依据。

The concept of honesty and credit plays an important guiding role in the development of construction enterprises,and the selection of construction enterprises with high credibility is conducive to the realization of the goal of the project. The information reflected in the credit evaluation of construction enterprises is overlapping,which makes the evaluation results not objective and accurate. In view of the above problems,this paper establishes a comprehensive credit evaluation model of construction enterprises based on principal component analysis and entropy method. With the help of the dimensionality reduction principle of principal component analysis,the problem of information overlap is solved,the evaluation index is objectively weighted by entropy method,the comprehensive score of credit evaluation of construction enterprises is obtained,and the construction enterprises with the highest honesty are selected,to provide a basis for the selection of construction enterprises with high credibility for engineering projects.
