国家建设视阈下的简易日语规划

Simple Japanese Planning from the Perspective of Nation-Building

国家建设关注政府权力与社会民众权利间的利益关系和互动模式,强调对社会发展管控的同时,积极提供公众服务,保障民众基本权利。日本在谋求对外发展、对内繁荣时,辅以简易日语这一重要语言要素助力国家建设。简易日语的每一阶段规划特征,彰显出日本国家建设的重要考量,即从“政治考量”到“减灾考量”“共生考量”的社会现实推进。本文立足于三种考量下的日本国家建设发展,分析不同时期简易日语规划情况,为深刻认识国家建设与语言规划间的联动关系提供有利参考,为我国语言生活建设提供客观参照。

Nation-building is manifested in the interaction between government power and the rights of the public.It emphasizes the control of social development and provides public services actively to protect the basic rights of the public.In pursuit of external development and domestic prosperity,Japan pays great attention to the linguistic element of Simple Japanese to help the country to achieve its construction strategy.The planning features in each stage of Simple Japanese manifest the critical considerations of nation-building,that is,moving to the social reality of“political situation”,“disaster mitigation consideration”and“symbiotic considerations”.Based on the nation-building in these three considerations,this paper analyses the planning of Simple Japanese under different periods construction to provide a useful reference for deeply understanding the linkage between nation-building and language planning and objective reference for language situation construction in China.
