摘要 热成形机械伺服压力机采用大扭矩直驱伺服电机驱动、控制技术及高速重载丝杆传动系统,减少了传动链,提升了压力机整体传动效率和控制精度,提高了动态响应特性。同时可根据压力及位置的变化,动态跟随零件的收缩,完美匹配了热成形工艺要求。 The thermoforming mechanical servo press adopts high-torque direct-drive servo motor drive, control technology and high-speed heavy-duty screw drive system, which reduces the transmission chain, improves the overall transmission efficiency and control accuracy of the press, and improves the dynamic response characteristics. At the same time, it can dynamically follow the shrinkage of parts according to changes in pressure and position, which perfectly matches the requirements of the thermoforming process.
