摘要
曲柄滑块机构是一种常见的四杆结构,在机械中具有广泛的应用,将其运动轨迹通过工程图进行保存具有重要的意义。本文通过Solid Edge三维软件制作了该机构运动运动轨迹的模板,制作运动轨迹工程图时只需更改模板文件相关尺寸并将相关三维零件附着到模板相应位置,再更新工程图即可生成所需的运动轨迹,实现了制作运动轨迹的参数化。本方法适用于单自由度机构,对于运动轨迹的绘制具有参考作用。
The crank slider mechanism is a common four-bar structure, which has a wide range of applications in machinery, and it is of great significance to save its motion track through engineering drawings. The Solid Edge 3 D software has been adopted to make a template of the motion track of the mechanism. When making a motion track engineering drawing, only the relevant size of the template file has been changed and the relevant 3 D parts has been attached to the corresponding position of the template, then the drawing has been updated to generate the required motion track, which realizes the parameterization of the motion track.This method is suitable for single-degree-of-freedom mechanisms, which has a reference role for the drawing of motion track.
