摘要
压力机是金属拉伸成形的主要设备之一。其中机械压力机因其高效、低成本、结构简单、易于保养等优点市占率非常高,但其振动、噪声等问题也是长期以来需要解决的问题。机械压力机振动的主要原因之一是由于整机在工作中,各个部件因拉杆预紧力不够而使各部件间产生间隙。本文根据已有的先进拉杆预紧力的分析计算方法提出了更为合理的液压螺母结构,使机械运动更加可靠,精度达到预定要求。
Presses are the main equipment for metal stretch forming. Among them, mechanical presses have a significant market share of advantages such as high efficiency, simple structure, low cost, and easy maintenance. However, their vibration, noise and other reasons have become the main problems to be solved. One of the main reasons for the vibration of the mechanical press is due to the fact that the when the whole machine is working, the gaps have been generated between the various components due to the insufficient pre-tightening force of the tie rods. According to the existing advanced analysis and calculation methods of the tie rod pre-tightening force, the more reasonable hydraulic nut structure has been proposed in the text,which makes the mechanical movement more reliable and the accuracy meet the predetermined requirements.
