摘要
本文介绍了数控机床电磁兼容设计的思想和几种常用的方法,根据数控机床电磁信号干扰源和传播方式,其电磁兼容设计主要采取屏蔽和接地等措施,正确的接地和屏蔽是保证数控机床稳定、可靠运行的重要措施。从电磁兼容的电磁原理出发,分析了电磁辐射、传导耦合和瞬态场等干扰信号的传输和影响途径。屏蔽和接地是抑制干扰的重要方法,正确使用屏蔽和良好的接地则是使数控系统稳定运行、消除干扰的重要措施。屏蔽和接地两大技术之间的联系密切,如果应用得法,可以明显提高系统的抗干扰能力。采用电磁兼容设计,可以提高数控机床系统工作的稳定性。
The idea of electromagnetic compatibility design of CNC machine tools and several commonly used methods have been introduced in the text. According to the electromagnetic signal interference source and propagation mode of CNC machine tools, the electromagnetic compatibility design mainly adopts shielding and grounding measures, which can ensure the stable and reliable operation of CNC machine tools. Starting from the electromagnetic principle of electromagnetic compatibility, the transmission and influence channels of interference signals such as electromagnetic radiation, conduction coupling and transient field have been analyzed. Shielding and grounding are important methods to suppress interference. The correct use of shielding and good grounding are important measures to make the CNC system run stably and eliminate interference.The two technologies of shielding and grounding are closely related. If applied properly, the anti-interference ability of the system can be significantly improved. The electromagnetic compatibility design has been adopted, which can improve the stability of the CNC machine tool system.
