摘要
对汽车板簧复合衬套轴向、径向、扭转、偏摆等四种刚度特性检测,通过CAE分析偏差原因,提出对天然橡胶材料改性及衬套结构改进的工艺优化方案。
The four stiffness characteristics of automobile leaf spring composite bushings, including axial, radial, torsion and deflection, have been tested. The reason for the deviation has been analyzed through CAE.The process optimization plan for the modification of natural rubber material and the improvement of the bushing structure has been proposed.
