摘要
直驱风力发电机作为机组核心部件,其结构设计的合理性对机组安全稳定运行至关重要。本文在GL规范的基础上对某MW级直驱风力发电机整机进行了极限工况强度分析,并进行了气隙变化研究,为大功率直驱风力发电机主结构设计提供了依据。
The direct-driven wind turbine is the core component of the unit, and the rationality of its structural design is essential to the safe and stable operation of the unit. Based on the GL specification, the intensity of the extreme working conditions of a MW-class direct-driven wind turbine has been analyzed in the text. The air gap change has been studied, which provides the basis for the design of the main structure of the high-power direct-driven wind turbine.
