摘要
对自动打包机抓绳零件使用条件进行分析,把材料更换为热作模具钢,根据结构与尺寸特点以电火花线切割加工为主,保证高质量、高效率、低成本的情况下一次完成9个零件加工。
The use conditions of the rope grabbing parts of the automatic packing machine have been analyzed. The material has been changed into hot work die steel. According to the structure and size characteristics, the EDM wire cutting has been taken as the main method to perform the nine parts processing in one time under the condition of high quality, high efficiency, and low cost.
