Safety and efficacy evaluation of cosmetics under the new regulations

为了配合《化妆品监督管理条例》中化妆品的安全和功效宣称评价相关法规的顺利实施,国家药监局颁布了《化妆品安全评估技术导则(2021年版)》和《化妆品功效宣称评价规范》。文章全面梳理了新法规下我国化妆品安全和功效宣称评价的要求及方法,并对企业和相关从业者提出了应对建议,为化妆品行业开展安全及功效宣称评价工作提供有益的指导与参考。

To facilitate the implementation of the relevant regulations on the safety and efficacy evaluation of cosmetics in the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics,the National Medical Products Administration has successively promulgated the Guidelines on Evaluation of Cosmetic Safety(2021 edition)and the Standard for Evaluation of Cosmetic Efficacy Claims.Herein,the requirements and methods for the evaluation of safety and efficacy claims of cosmetics under the new laws have been introduced,and suggestions for enterprises and relevant practitioners have been put forward,which provides useful guidance and reference for the evaluation of safety and efficacy claim of cosmetics.
