含有控油去屑组合物香波产品的功效测试研究

Efficacy study of a shampoo with sebum-control and anti-dandruff composition

将一种控油去屑组合物应用于洗发香波中,通过半头随机双盲测试实验,在3周的追踪测试期和1周的回归期观察受试者使用含有控油去屑组合物香波和不含控油去屑组合物香波后,其头皮的油脂分泌、头屑、保湿、屏障修护效果(仪器检测)以及对头皮敏感、减轻瘙痒效果和头发的顺滑度、光泽度进行评估(受试者自评)。实验结果表明,使用含有控油去屑组合物的香波3周期间,头皮的油脂分泌显著减少,头屑量显著减少,保湿效果显著增加,屏障修护效果显著增强(P<0.05,P<0.01),头皮敏感程度降低,减轻瘙痒,头发的顺滑度和光泽度均有提升;停用1周后,头皮的油脂分泌继续减少,头屑量保持稳定,保湿效果略有下降,屏障修护效果增强,头皮敏感程度、减轻瘙痒、头发的顺滑度和光泽度均稳定。

A sebum-control and anti-dandruff composition(hereafter called composition)was applied to a shampoo.The experiment was designed as a semi-random double blind test for 3weeks’usage and 1week’s regression.The differences were observed after the subjects used the shampoo with the composition and the shampoo without the composition,including scalp sebum secretion,dandruff amount,scalp moisturization and barrier function repair(tested by instruments)after 3weeks’usage.The scalp sensitivity,itchiness alleviation and hair smoothness and glossiness were self reported.Positive results were observed by comparing the shampoo containing composition with the shampoo without composition during 3 weeks:reduced sebum secretion,reduced amount of dandruff,imporoved moisturization,and the barrier integrity(P<0.05,P<0.01,depending on days of observation).Similiarly,reduced sensitivity and itchiness of the scalp,and enhanced smoothness and glossiness of hair were reported.The benefits continued after they stopped using the product for a week,however with less improvement.
