综合心理护理在鼻咽癌放疗护理中对心理负担与生活质量的改善作用

The Effect of Comprehensive Psychological Nursing on Psychological Burden and Quality of Life in Radiotherapy Nursing of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

目的探究对鼻咽癌放疗患者,为了减轻心理负担,改善生活质量,采用综合心理护理的作用。方法该研究于2018年4月—2020年3月简单随机选取共70例该院收治的鼻咽癌放疗患者为研究对象,按照护理方式不同进行分组,每组35例,采用常规护理的患者为常规组,在常规护理上联合采用综合心理护理为研究组。比较护理前后患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,中国头颈癌患者生命质量测定量表(QLICP-HN)评分以及护理满意度差异。结果护理后,在SAS和SDS评分上,相比于常规组(56.33±5.63)分和(54.73±5.95)分,研究组(44.38±5.44)分和(42.63±5.62)分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,在QLICP-HN量表各维度以及总评分上,相比于常规组,研究组更高;在护理总满意度上,相比于常规组(77.14%),研究组(94.14%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.590,P=0.032)。结论对鼻咽癌放疗患者,为了减轻心理负担,改善生活质量,采用综合心理护理的应用价值高,可以提高患者的护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the role of comprehensive psychological care for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy in order to reduce their psychological burden and improve their quality of life.Methods A total of 70 nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy patients admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to March 2020 were simpy randomly selected as study subjects and divided into groups according to different nursing methods,35 cases in each group,patients with routine care were regarded as the routine group,and the combined use of comprehensive psychology and routine care nursing as the study group.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of patients before and after nursing,the quality of life measurement scale(QLICP-HN)scores for Chinese head and neck cancer patients before and after nursing,and the difference in nursing satisfaction were compared.Results After nursing,on the SAS and SDS scores,compared with the routine group(56.33±5.63)points and(54.73±5.95)points,the study group was lower(44.38±5.44)points and(42.63±5.62)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the QLICP-HN scale and the total score were higher in the study group than the routine group;in terms of total nursing satisfaction,compared with the routine group(77.14%),the study group(94.14%)was higher,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.590,P=0.032).Conclusion For patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy,in order to reduce the psychological burden and improve the quality of life,the use of comprehensive psychological care has high application value,can improve the patients'nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of promotion.
