摘要
干式过喷漆雾去除系统E-Cube适用于涂装车间喷房循环风系统,一汽-大众汽车有限公司首次在国内应用于30万台/a的涂装生产线。本文对E-Cube的系统原理、结构组成、沉降风、批量运行中材料消耗、废弃物产生量、人员消耗、备件消耗、环保排放、能源消耗等进行详细的阐述和研究。
The dry overspray removal system E-Cube is suitable for the recirculated air system of the spray booth of the painting workshop.Faw-Volkswagen automobile company limited has applied it to 300000 units/a painting line for the first time in China.The principle,structure,sink air,material consumption,waste generation,personnel consumption,spare parts consumption,emissions and energy consumption in batch operation of E-Cube system were elaborated and researched.
