党的干部教育培训的历史发展与经验启示

The Historical Development and Experience of the Party Cadre Education and Training

建党100年来,党的干部教育培训遵循一定的逻辑线索,经历了新民主主义革命时期、社会主义革命和建设时期、十一届三中全会至十八大时期、十八大至今四个历史发展阶段,积累了要始终为党的政治路线服务、始终注重加强党性教育、始终坚持改革创新的宝贵历史经验。建党100年来干部教育培训的探索与实践,对进一步推进干部教育培训科学化、提高教育培训实效具有重要启示:从全面从严治党高度来看,必须强化政治性这个第一属性;从筑牢信仰之基高度来看,必须抓好党性教育这个主业主课;从建强保障体系高度来看,必须激发办学活力这个内生动力。

Over the past 100 years since the founding of the Party,the Party’s cadre education and training has followed certain logical clues and gone through four historical development stages:the period of the New Democratic Revolution,the period of the socialist revolution and construction,the period from the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee to the Eighteenth National Congress,and the period from the Eighteenth National Congress to the present,accumulating valuable historical experience of always serving the Party’s political path,always focusing on strengthening Party education,and always insisting on reform and innovation.The exploration and practice of cadre education and training in the past 100 years since the founding of the Party have given important insights to further promote the scientificization of cadre education and training and improve the effectiveness of education and training.The first attribute of politics must be strengthened from the height of comprehensive and strict governance of the Party;the main course of the Party education must be grasped from the height of building the foundation of faith;and the intrinsic power of school vitality must be stimulated from the height of building a strong guarantee system.
