近年日益严重的个人主义、享乐主义和道德滑坡现象需要我们应对。以《曾国藩家书》为中心对曾国藩“立德”思想的内容进行梳理:从立德的属性、立德的目标、立德的途径、立德的方法这四个方面对曾国藩“立德”思想进行了详细的阐述。通过对曾国藩“立德”思想与现代德育的异同进行分析,从严私德:立德文化涵养优良家风;孕公德:家庭私德孕育社会公德;明大德:应对价值失落感的启示这三个方面总结曾国藩“立德”思想的现代价值。

The growing problems of individualism,hedonism and moral decline in recent years require us to respond.The present paper combs the thought of“moral molding”from Zeng Guofan’s Family Letters,and elaborates on Zeng Guofan’s“moral molding”thought from four aspects of attributes,goals,approaches and methods of moral molding.This paper analyzes the similarities and differences between Zeng Guofan’s“moral molding”thought and modern moral education to summarize the modern value of Zeng Guofan’s“moral molding”thought.It is believed that good family traditions should be cultivated through the culture of morality;social morality should be nurtured through private morality in a family;and the sense of value loss should be dealt with by understanding great virtue.
