可持续发展视角下湖南省青少年乒乓球考级发展的制约因素及推进策略

Restriction Factors and Promotion Strategies of Youth Table Tennis Grading Test from the Perspective of Sustainable Development

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计与逻辑分析法等调查方法对青少年乒乓球考级现状及其发展的制约因素及推进策略进行探究。结果表明:考级存在考试评定方法简化、考试内容相对单一、考试流程和陪考制度规范性不足、考点管理缺乏统一性、参与考生及其家长内需意识薄弱、考试宣传形式缺乏多样化等问题。造成这种现象的因素有:国家的政策导向、社会各类等级考试的发展、应试教育制度、培训机构组织的能力、家长的引导、自身的技术水平、个人性格特点。对此,完善乒乓球等级标准、提高考试内容的针对性、提升考试仪式感、优化乒乓球等级考试组织形式、建立与政府单位和行业协会的合作、规范管理考试考点、明确青少年考试动机、重视家长对其参与乒乓球考级的影响、搭建青少年乒乓球活动平台、加大等级考试宣传力度是青少年乒乓球考级可持续发展的有效途径。

By means of literature and questionnaire,this paper analyzes the current situation of the youth table tennis grading test,including the restrictive factors and the promotion strategies.There are some problems in the grading test,such as simplified assessment method,relatively simple content,insufficient standardization of grading test process and accompanied test system,lack of uniformity in the management of testing sites,weak awareness of domestic demand of participating students and their parents,and lack of diversification in the form of publicity of grading test.Restraining factors include national policy guidance,various social grading tests,exam-oriented education system,organizational ability of training institutions,correct guidance of parents,examinees’own technical level and personal characteristics.Effective ways for the sustainable development of youth table tennis grading test include improving table tennis grading standards,enhancing the pertinence of test content,promoting the sense of test ceremonies,optimizing the organization of table tennis grading test,establishing cooperation with government units and industry associations,standardizing the management of examination sites,clarifying the motivation for youth examinations,and attaching importance to parents’participation on the influence of table tennis test,building a platform for youth table tennis activities,and increasing the publicity of the test.
