摘要
随着GB/T 51350-2019《近零能耗建筑技术标准》的实施,我国近零能耗建筑进入快速发展时期,外窗作为近零能耗建筑重要的一个环节,也将迎来新的机遇和挑战.近零能耗建筑外窗目前多采用外挂式安装,高安装成本、材料成本和安全性等问题凸显,本文针对外挂式安装存在的问题创新性的提出外窗嵌入式安装方式,并对其安装热桥、成本、安全性、节能性进行分析.嵌入式安装对近零能耗外窗安装技术的发展及近零能建筑大面积的推广应用具有重要意义.
With the implementation of“Technical Standards for Nearly Zero Energy Building”(GB/T 51350-2019),nearly zero energy buildings have entered a period of rapid development in China.As an important part of nearly zero energy buildings,exterior windows will also usher in new opportunities and challenges.The external windows of nearly zero energy buildings are mostly installed externally,and the problems of High installation cost,material cost and safety were prominent.This article innovatively proposed an embedded installation method,with analyzing its installation thermal bridges,cost,and safety performance.Embedded installation is of great significance to the development of passive window installation technology and the promotion and application of large areas of nearly zero energy buildings.
