高技术产业集聚对区域工业结构升级的影响研究--基于区域科技创新水平考察

Research on the Influence of High-tech Industry Agglomeration on the Upgrading of Regional Industrial Structure-Based on the Investigation of Regional Scientific and Technological Innovation Level

以2002—2016年中国30个省区市为研究对象,探究高技术产业集聚水平对工业结构升级的影响,并分析科技创新投入和技术进步水平作为中介变量的传导路径。研究发现高技术产业集聚对工业结构优化升级具有促进作用,且高技术产业集聚通过激励科技创新投入和促进技术进步水平提升这两个传导机制,对工业结构优化升级产生提升效应。基于此提出高技术产业与传统产业融合发展;加大科技创新投入力度;调整外商直接投资、城镇化水平、经济开放水平,并控制在合理范围的建议。

Taking 30 provinces from 2002 to 2016 as the research object,the influence of high-tech industry agglomeration level on the upgrading of industrial structure is studied,and the transmission path of technological innovation investment and technological progress level as intermediary variables is analyzed.It is found that the high-tech industry agglomeration can promote the optimize and upgrading of industrial structure,and high tech industry agglomeration can promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure through transmission mechanisms of stimulating investment in scientific innovation and promoting technological progress.In view of these findings,it is suggested to integrate development of high-tech industry and traditional industry,increase investment in science and technology innovation,adjust the level of direct foreign investment,urbanization and economic openness,and regulate them in a reasonable range.
