摘要
作为基础课的大学写作多以培养写作能力为目标,而写作素养则被限定在传统的文章写作理论范畴内。以教研室或课程教学划分的教学团队,往往缺乏群体动力方面的绩效认知。在新文科建设背景下,从一流课程建设需求角度看,大学写作不仅需要吸取多种新型教材的相关学科知识,而且在课程建设上也需要按照一流课程标准进行提升,重新确立课程目标定位,并结合网课平台、人工智能软件、行业人才兼职教学等,建立群体动力型教学团队,努力打造具有自身特色的"金课"。
As a basic course,college writing aims to cultivate writing ability,while writing quality is limited to the traditional theory of article writing.The teaching team is divided by teaching and research section or course teaching,it often lacks the performance cognition of group motivation.In the context of New Liberal Arts construction,college writing not only needs to absorb a variety of new teaching materials related to subject knowledge,but also needs to be improved according to the first-class curriculum standards in curriculum construction.It can re-establish the goal of the curriculum,combine a variety of flexible auxiliary means,such as online course platform,artificial intelligence software,part-time teaching of industry talents,etc,to establish a dynamic teaching team,and create a unique"golden course".
