西部后发展农村党组织推动乡村产业发展的困境与对策——以广西百色市靖西市禄峒镇小瑞村为例

The Difficulties and Countermeasures of Rural Party Organizations to Promote the Development of Rural Industries in China’s Underdeveloped Western Regions:A case study of Xiaorui village,Ludong Town,Jingxi City,Baise City,Guangxi

农村基层党组织在引领推动乡村产业发展中起着举足轻重的作用。文章以广西百色市靖西市禄峒镇小瑞村为例,分析西部后发展农村党组织推动乡村产业发展存在制定产业发展规划能力不足、村集体经济普遍偏弱、党建促产业发展工作渠道载体单一、党支部和党员作用没有得到有力发挥等问题,并分析其原因,有针对性地提出解决问题的对策。

The rural grass-roots Party organizations play an important role in leading and promoting the development of rural industry.Taking Xiaorui village,which is located in Ludong Town,Jingxi City,Baise City,as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in promoting rural industrial development by the rural Party organizations in the underdeveloped rural areas,such as insufficient ability of formulating industrial development planning,weak village collective economy,single channel carrier of Party building in promoting industrial development,and insufficient role of Party branches and Party members.The paper explores the causes and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem.
