An Empirical Study on the Recognition of Human Resource Management Major in Universities

摘要 研究以驻邕N高校人力资源管理专业160名学生为对象,采用问卷调查方法,依据人才培养方案、实践教学、师资、学习成效等4个一级评价指标及相应的29个二级评价指标进行分析。研究发现:学生对邀请专家进课堂、院级学生活动平台"经管论坛活动月"、毕业论文指导等认可度较高,而对人才培养方案的专业特色、实习就业信息提供、专业学习成效等认可度较低,毕业与否、专业填报志愿、专业选择动机等是影响学生对专业认可度的显著因素。 The empirical study bases on 160 students from a university in Nanning,all of whom are from human resource management majors.By using the questionnaire survey method,four first-level evaluation indicators,including talent training plan,practical teaching,teachers,learning effect,and 29 second-level evaluation indicators are analyzed.The results show that inviting experts into the classroom,the student training platform-Economic and Management Activity Forum,and graduation thesis guidance have all been highly recognized.However,the professional characteristics of the talent training program,the provision of internship and employment information,the effect of professional learning are relatively poor.The study also finds that graduation,major first choice application,major selection motivation,etc.are significant factors that affect professional recognition.
