摘要
介绍了一款L波段隔离器和耦合器组件的原理、结构及仿真设计。通过将高功率带线双结隔离器和定向耦合器进行一体化组合设计实现射频功率隔离,同时通过耦合一路小功率信号实现对发射功率的监测功能。利用HFSS和AWR软件设计优化,实现组件主要技术指标:工作频段L波段,正向损耗α+=0.58 dB(室温),0.60 dB(–40~85℃),平均承受功率≥500 W,反射功率≥300 W,峰值功率3.5 kW,耦合度40 dB。实测结果与仿真分析结果一致,验证了设计方法的可行性。
The principle,structure and simulation design of L-band isolator-coupler assembly were introduced.By combination design of a high power stripline double-junction isolator and a coupler,the function of RF power isolation,signal coupling and structure size reduction were realized.Using HFSS and AWR software for optimization,the assembly was finally developed featuring working band of L-band,α+≤0.58 dB(room temperature),0.60 dB(–40 to 85℃),mean power handling≥500 W,reflection power≥300 W,peak power≤3.5 kW,and coupling factor of 40 dB.Test results are in accordance with the simulation,varifying the feasibility of this design method.
