摘要
为了实现高功率和超宽带,在短波及超短波频段的宽带固态发射机中,通常采用传输线变压器理论设计多路功率合成器,解决发射机功率合成的关键技术。采用降阻抗和升阻抗的设计方法设计出四路合成器,简化合成级数,通过功率设计、热仿真设计,成功设计出2~30 MHz的5 kW四路合成器,插损≤0.25 dB,电压驻波比≤1.25,功率加载情况良好,可靠性高,发热量低,具有优异的性能。
In order to achieve high power and ultra wideband,the theory of transmission line transformer is usually used to design multi-channel power combiner in the broadband solid-state transmitter of short and ultra short wave band,which solves the key technology of transmitter power combination.In this paper,a 4-way combiner is designed by using the design method of reducing and increasing impedance,which simplifies the combiner series.Through power design and thermal simulation design,a 5 kW 4-way power combiner with frequency of 2-30 MHz is successfully designed,featuring insertion loss≤0.25 dB,standing wave ratio≤1.25,good power loading,high reliability,and low calorific value.
