长三角地区经济发达,各种运输方式竞争激烈,在确保铁路运输安全的前提下,为拓展铁路货运市场,形成铁路货运新的增长点,在阐述铁路混装货物整车运输组织内涵的基础上,从管理制度、作业流程、安检查危、信息系统等方面对铁路混装货物整车运输组织现状进行分析,针对存在的问题,提出健全制度办法、优化作业流程、强化安检查危、完善信息系统等铁路混装货物整车运输组织优化对策,达到提升客户服务体验、强化运输安全保障等目的,提升铁路货运市场核心竞争力。

The Yangtze River Delta is economically developed,facing fierce competition from various modes of transportation.On the premise of ensuring the safety of railway transportation,this study aims to expand the railway freight market and foster new growth areas of railway freight.We elaborated on the connotation of the railway mixed cargo transportation organization and analyzed its current situation in terms of the management system,operation process,safety inspection,information system,etc.Moreover,relevant optimization countermeasures were proposed in response to existing problems to improve customer experience,strengthen transportation safety,and enhance the core competitiveness of the railway freight market.
