铁路冷链物流运营新模式的探讨

我国经济社会的蓬勃发展促进了冷链物流需求和市场规模的快速增长。铁路运输作为国民经济发展大动脉,其冷链物流业务总体发展水平与国家冷链物流发展需求不相适应。为促进铁路冷链物流发展,在分析铁路冷链运输市场和装备、铁路冷链物流经营存在问题的基础上,研究提出铁路冷链物流运营新模式实现路径,即探索开行铁路冷藏集装快运班列、研发铁路冷链物流新型装备、建立铁路冷链运输灵活价格机制以及打造铁路冷链物流运营新合作方式,为铁路冷链物流发展提供新思路与新方案。

The sustained and stable development of China’s economy has promoted the rapid growth of cold chain logistics demand and market scale.Railway transportation is crucial for national economic development and the overall development of its cold chain logistics business is not in line with the development needs of national cold chain logistics.To promote the development of railway cold chain logistics,after analyzing the relevant transportation market,equipment,and existing problems,this paper put forward the path for the new mode of railway cold chain logistics.To be specific,we should explore the development of railway refrigerated container express trains,research and develop new equipment,provide a flexible price mechanism,and establish a new cooperation mode,providing new ideas and solutions to the development of railway cold chain logistics.
