摘要
目的:研究不同临床分期宫颈癌患者血清细胞间黏附因子-1(ICAM-1)、人多梳蛋白2(HPC2)水平变化及与其疾病转归关联性。方法:选取2018年3月~2019年3月我院宫颈癌患者114例,均检测其血清ICAM-1、HPC2水平,比较治疗前宫颈癌不同临床分期与治疗后进展、无进展患者血清ICAM-1、HPC2水平,分析治疗前血清ICAM-1、HPC2水平与临床分期的相关性及治疗后血清ICAM-1、HPC2水平联合检测对治疗后1年宫颈癌患者病情进展的预测价值。结果:随着宫颈癌患者临床分期的提升,血清ICAM-1、HPC2水平呈逐渐升高趋势(P<0.05);经Spearman相关性分析,宫颈癌患者血清ICAM-1、HPC2水平与临床分期呈正相关(P<0.05);宫颈癌患者治疗后血清ICAM-1、HPC2水平低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后进展患者血清ICAM-1、HPC2水平高于无进展患者(P<0.05);经ROC曲线分析,联合预测AUC值0.843高于ICAM-1、HPC2单一检测(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌患者血清ICAM-1、HPC2水平显著升高,与临床分期密切相关,且联合检测可提高对疾病转归的预测价值,有助于临床治疗方案的制定与调整。
Objective:To study the changes of serum intercellular adhesion factor-1(ICAM-1)and human polycombin 2(HPC2)levels in patients with cervical cancer at different clinical stages and their correlation with the prognosis of the disease.Methods:114 patients with cervical cancer in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected.The serum levels of ICAM-1 and HPC2 were detected.The serum levels of ICAM-1 and HPC2 in patients with different clinical stages of cervical cancer before treatment and with or without progress after treatment were compared.The correlation between the serum levels of ICAM-1 and HPC2 before treatment and clinical stages was analyzed.The combined detection of serum levels of ICAM-1 and HPC2 after treatment for cervical cancer 1 year after treatment was also analyzed The predictive value of disease progression.Results:With the improvement of clinical stage of cervical cancer patients,the levels of serum ICAM-1 and HPC2 gradually increased(P<0.05);by Spearman correlation analysis,the levels of serum ICAM-1 and HPC2 in patients with cervical cancer were positively correlated with clinical stage(P<0.05);the levels of serum ICAM-1 and HPC2 in patients with cervical cancer after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);the levels of serum ICAM-1 and HPC2 in patients with progression after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05)ROC curve analysis showed that AUC value of 0.843 was higher than that of ICAM-1 and HPC2(P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum levels of ICAM-1 and HPC2 in patients with cervical cancer are significantly increased,which is closely related to clinical stage.Combined detection can improve the predictive value of disease outcome,and is helpful to the formulation and adjustment of clinical treatment plan.
