摘要
At present,most schools adopt the principal management system.In the International Campus,the principal's leadership has a great impact on the quality of school operation.Headmasters must combine the actual situation and use of international schools,and lead in an innovative way to better promote the development of international schools.Therefore,this paper analyzes the current situation and importance of principal leadership and leadership art in international school management,and discusses the innovative application strategies of principal leadership art and leadership in international school management.
